Delivery and terms


We aim to dispatch your ‘thing’ within 3 working days from receiving your order and payment. But please allow 7 days for receipt of your order. Delivery of bespoke orders will be agreed at the time of order. If there is likely to be any delay we will inform you within 24 hours of receipt of order.

The costs of packing and delivery are included in the item price (UK mainland only). We generally use a next day courier and a signature will be required on delivery. If you have any special delivery requirements please let us know.

Additional charges will be incurred for delivery outside the UK and to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Channel Islands. In these cases, orders received will not be dispatched until the delivery charges have been agreed and paid.


We take every care in the creation and packaging of all our ‘things’. Please read the description carefully, look closely at the images and ask any questions before you buy. We will only accept returns in the event that your item arrives damaged or not as described. Please check for any damage to the exterior of the package before signing for receipt of your order and. Notification of your desire to return an item is required within 24 hours of receipt. We regret that bespoke ‘things’ cannot be returned.


You can cancel your order, in writing, at any time within 7 days of placing your order for a full refund, unless items have already been dispatched.
